I have posted a new version that patches a couple of issues that were introduced in 1.4.2. If you are still in 1.4.1, you will be upgraded directly to this new version.
IMPORTANT
If you installed version 1.4.1, you will need to make sure your role has the "Manage system" permission. If you don't, you will not be able to download the update. Go to Users > Roles, and click on your role. The select the "Manage System" checkbox and click Submit. The logout and log back in.

Thanks for this notice; turned out my Admin rights did not give me this right :-/
Now, the update was just a few seconds, with everything working :-)

Hi Laura,
I finally got a chance to move from 1.4.1 to 1.4.3. When I ran the update I got this error: Couldn't upgrade database: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]CREATE TABLE permission denied in database 'XXX'. Regardless, I think the file sys update went ok. Where can I download the sql files necessary to run it manually.

If the database has not been upgraded, then the files would not had been copied. I would recommend giving CF Create, update, delete table permissions and try the updater again.
You can download the manual update files here http://mangoblog.googlecode.com/files/MangoBlog_update_from_1.4.1-1.4.2.zip, but it will still try to run the sql from CF, so it won't work either.
Please note that upgrades do more than just update tables and files, so unless you follow the update script line by line, I would not recommend doing it completely manually.

Can you go straight from 1.4.1 to 1.4.3?
My Admin is only showing 1.4.2
